Your Momentum BizDev Consultant is your personal change agent, skilled in teaching you and your management team how to optimize your effectiveness by aggressively cranking up the performance of your current Marketing & Sales resources.

Costs start as low as $990 per month, depending on the scope of your objectives and the resources you are willing to commit to Building Your Top Line!™ during a 12 month engagement.

Your Momentum Mentor’s first activity will be to access the business by working with you to determine where you would really like for your company to be within the next 12 months. Then, your Mentor will help you implement process-oriented systems and short-term tactics based on what we believe will be the most appropriate for your particular business’s needs (revenue growth, lead systems, employee training, controls, etc.).

We will be assessing the business in key areas including: lead generation, conversion rate, average dollar sales, average number of transactions, sales & marketing costs, gross margins, general & administrative expense trends and more…

We use the information we have gathered on the business to put together a detailed outline leading to a Busy & Balanced Leadership Report that will serve as our road map to achieving your Stretch Target for the next 12 months of Business Development.

Once we have established your business’s Stretch Target,we move onto our secondary objective during the Mentoring process. That goal is to teach you and your management Team the difference between working ON the business and working in the business.

Many business owners spend 60 hours or more per week just trying to keep the business alive. Most often, our Momentum Business Development Consultants find that owners are working on the wrong aspects of the business and end up spinning in an endless loop of hard work and little real process-oriented progress.

Your Mentor will help your business stay focused, testing and measuring results, and working on process-oriented systems implementation. We hold our clients accountable for reaching the goals we set together, and we work diligently to help you achieve great results!
